Trademarks & Branding: You may not use our brand names, trademarks, or proprietary materials without written permission.

Users must not use our AI or automation tools to generate illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or misleading content.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, and should be reviewed before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or outcomes produced by AI-generated content or third-party tools.
12. Termination
Clients may terminate their subscription at the end of their billing period.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Upon termination, all licenses and access rights cease. Client data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
